Who is Erin?

Experience in Bozeman Real Estate

Erin brings nearly two decades of experience representing both buyers and sellers in the dynamic Bozeman real estate market. As a second-generation Real Estate Broker and a fifth-generation resident of Bozeman, Erin is deeply committed to helping clients find their place in Southwest Montana while upholding the community's distinctive culture and charm.

Career Path

Erin began her real estate career in 2004, working as her father's Broker's Assistant. Eager to broaden her expertise, she transitioned in 2005 to become the Marketing Director at Montana Title and Escrow (MTE). During her time there, Erin played a key role in expanding the company’s market share, gained valuable insight into title and escrow processes, and earned her Title Producer’s License.

By 2007, Erin was ready to establish her own presence in the industry. She obtained her real estate license and joined her parents at Prudential Montana Real Estate, which would later become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. In 2017, Erin advanced her career by joining Sotheby’s International Realty and, soon after, was named Managing Broker of Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty. After a year and a half in that leadership role and nearly three years with the globally recognized brand, Erin aspired to create a Bozeman-centered firm that prioritized exceptional service and community values.
