Erin designed this remodel in 2023 for the original builder's family of this 1950s rural home. At the time this property was constructed, Bozeman was a different town, and everyone on this road had helped their neighbors build. From the stacked brick to the carpet installed, every finish carried a personal story. As we worked through the redesign of this property, we were cognisant of upholding the history and mid-century style, while bringing the home into a luxury design that would elevate the comfort of the property.

Prior to the remodel, this property had been an undervalued rental that had suffered significant neglect. Working with the contractor, the Sellers entrusted Erin with nearly complete control of the design, allowing her to utilize her expertise to transform this property from a $500,000 mess into a nearly million-dollar sale. This property exemplifies how integrating Wayfair, Costco, and Amazon purchases with high-quality finishes can create a luxurious, mid-century style aesthetic while protecting the project's bottom line.
