ABOUT US
At HōM 406 Curation, we guide women in real estate to develop sustainable success through trust, ease, and authentic leadership.
Erin Strand, Founder
As a second-generation broker and founder of HōM 406, I’ve built a practice grounded in trust, advocacy, and emotional intelligence. My journey from overwork to intentional leadership now guides my mission: helping driven women in real estate create businesses that grow sustainably through balance, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
At HōM 406 Lifestyle, we empower you to design your life in alignment with your values, passions, and personal goals.
We guide you in creating a harmonious blend of professional success and personal fulfillment, ensuring that your work is an expression of your authentic self.
With a focus on mindful strategy, productivity, and well-being, we support you in cultivating balance, joy, and peace of mind, while redefining the fast-paced, high-pressure world of real estate.
Financial success is a byproduct of authentic, aligned work. We help you create a life that feels luxiurious with experiences, meaning, and abundant income.
Establishing what you want and like is not so much a learning process, but more of a relearning process.

The accepted story...
In the internet era, we've been told that success in real estate is reliant on speed and availability. Those who respond the quickest win the deal! We are drilled to believe consistently being available will distinguish you and foster lasting client loyalty. You already know that isn't true, and it absolutely isn't sustainable. Total availability leads to total burnout, mistakes, and resentment of your career.
What if unlimited work hours, no work-life balance, and living closing to closing was built on a false premise? What if your business could be built on connection and relationship, without sending mailers, emails, and endless heartfelt notes? What if pop-bys are a waste of time that diminishes your value to your client and mentally moves you out of expertise and into a nuisance category for your clients?
The False Narrative:
I’m working so hard to build my business, but I feel like I’m always on — answering calls, chasing leads, and trying to keep up with everyone else. I know there has to be a smarter, more sustainable way to grow, but I don’t know how to slow down without losing momentum or income.
The Glorification of Busy...
I equate success with staying busy — if I’m not doing something, I feel like I’m falling behind. An active day feels like a successful day. I want to trust myself to slow down, delegate, and lead with confidence, but I struggle to let go because I believe I’m the only one who can do things right.
The Solution:
Evolve your profession. Develop a new type of real estate. Your perfect life is cultivated through your ability to communicate with expert precision and unmatched curiosity in a way that will help your client identify their goals and move faster into the perfect property for them.
Buyers and sellers need your help to cut through the noise in the world, their own desires, and their relationships. That noise stops them from taking action, and changing your value proposition will send you into a work-life balance and income stratosphere you haven't given yourself permission to even imagine today.
