We have programs like DotLoop and ZipForm that permit us to digitally prepare contracts and facilitate signatures with a click of a mouse. Matterport allows us to create 3D tours of listings so potential buyers can imagine their experience in a listing, no matter the time or situation. These are amazing tools and we will utilize every one of them to help our clients.
