BREATHTAKING

BOZEMAN,

MONTANA

Location

Located at the foothills of the Bridger Mountains, Bozeman enjoys unparalleled views of the Bridger, Gallatin, and Madison Ranges.

Outdoor enthusiasts thrive in Bozeman and enjoy outdoor sports every season! Whether you are a climber, skier, mountain biker, fisherman, hiker, white water enthusiast... or any combination thereof, there is a peak, wave, and hill for you to conquer!

With over 56,000 residents as of 2022, Bozeman is the hub of Southwest Montana.

History

Bozeman is our home base, and as generational locals (Chris is a fourth-generation Bozeman local, and Erin is fifth), we must admit it has our heart!

Homesteaded by farmers (Erin's family property is still located on Mandeville Lane just behind Murdochs), Bozeman has since evolved into an outdoor mecca that benefits from outstanding technology infrastructure, small business, and continued growth.

During COVID, Bozeman enjoyed a burst in growth. Our well-organized technology infrastructure enabled remote workers to relocate to Bozeman and work from home while they were still enjoying corporate incomes.

Business

While goods manufacturing isn't a significant influence in our market (we are proud to be the home of West Paw), construction and development are powerful drivers in our economy.

Bozeman housing development has not kept up with Buyer demand, and we are perpetually in a shortage. We do benefit from some great builders who have held firm in our community and forward-thinking growth patterns that have allowed infill projects, walking trails, and unique neighborhood spaces that connect our community both physically and culturally when we are out adventuring with our dogs!

Montana State University

In the fall, Bozeman swells with nearly 17,000 students returning to Montana State University, another strong driver of Bozeman's culture and economy.

Students are drawn to Montana State's outstanding agriculture, education, engineering, and nursing programs and stay in Bozeman because of our inviting community culture and coveted outdoor opportunities. As a whole, Bozeman LOVES MSU (#GoBobcats!), and our football stadium, which seats just under 18,000 guests, is often sold out for the games... never mind the winter weather; Bobcat fans are serious about Football!

BZN Airport

Bozeman is an enterprising community that is faster-paced than our neighbors. We are thankful for the fantastic international travel access we benefit from.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport serves our community, the busiest airport in Montana. We have twenty-two direct flights from Bozeman, which span the USA, and every major airline flies out of our airport! I think that is a pretty big deal for a community of 56,000 folks, and it says a lot about the influence of our community, globally.

Whether you are an Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, Sun Country, or United fan, you can use your miles and visit your favorite steward at BZN airport!

Brilliant Bozeman

Why Bozeman

Bozeman is our home base, and as generational locals (Chris is a fourth-generation Bozeman local, and Erin is fifth), we must admit it has our heart!

Homesteaded by farmers (Erin's family homestead is still located on Mandeville Lane just behind Murdochs), Bozeman has since evolved into an outdoor mecca that benefits from outstanding technology infrastructure, small business, and continued growth. We do benefit from some great builders who have held firm in our community and forward-thinking growth patterns that have allowed infill projects, walking trails, and unique neighborhood spaces that connect our community both physically and culturally when we are out adventuring with our dogs!

Bozeman is a dog-friendly community, and we love our dogs! There is space to run your dog(s) with at least ten off-leash parks, even if you don't have a big yard at home. Be a good owner and pick up after your pet. Forgot your doggie pick-up bag? Don't worry! There are stations throughout town on all of our maintained walking trails. Keep your eyes peeled, and you'll find a station to save the day! Bozeman is a leash law community, and when you aren't in the off-leash parks, you need to have your dog under voice command (immediate recall) or on a leash. Be a good neighbor and follow the leash laws. You never know when you could run into a leashed reactive dog, and if you are off-leash and your dog isn't under control, a scary and entirely avoidable situation could follow.
