Single Stamp

Do you need a simple document notarized? Erin is happy to facilitate a single stamp signing at HoM 406 for the Notary Stamp Fee.

Note: Montana vehicle titles no longer require a notarized signature for transfer.

Please bring $10 cash, Venmo, or a personal check, per stamp, as HōM 406 does not maintain a cash register.

Closing Package

Do you need assistance executing a closing package?

Understanding that HōM 406's clients transact all through the USA, Erin is happy to offer a full signing service and notary package to help you whenever you need it.

We do not at this time offer remote notary service, so please plan to sign in person at HōM 406 for this service.
